A Night of Laughter & Generosity: The First Macen’s Way Fundraiser Raises Critical Support for Pediatric Care
On Thursday, August 28, 2025, nearly 300 guests gathered at Angelina’s in Staten Island for the inaugural Macen’s Way Fundraiser – an unforgettable evening blending elegance, laughter, and heartfelt giving.
Guests arrived in summer-inspired attire to a warm welcome at registration, receiving personalized name tags and table assignments before stepping into a vibrant evening dedicated to a shared mission: advancing pediatric healthcare.

Evening Highlights
✨ Welcome Address – The founders of Macen’s Way opened the night with a moving message about the foundation’s mission and the legacy of Macen Husic.
🩺 Keynote Speeches – Northwell Health staff shared inspiring words on the future of pediatric care and the life-changing impact of the new Macen Husic Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
😂 “Laughs for Little Lives” – A special comedian performance lit up the room, bringing joy and laughter to a cause centered on children’s healing.
🎁 Silent Auction – Guests bid generously on exclusive experiences and items, all in support of pediatric patients.
🎲 “Give and Gain” 50/50 Raffle – A spirited game where giving turned into winning opportunities.
🎟️ Prize Raffles – From luxury packages to community favorites, the raffles kept energy and generosity flowing.
💨 Cigar Station – Guests enjoyed an elevated experience outdoors, mingling in good company while supporting a great cause.
