The Macen’s Way Foundation Golf Classic Brings 170 Supporters Together for a Day of Purpose
Macen’s Way was founded in memory of our son, Macen, whose brief but profound life continues to guide everything we do. His strength, his love, and the hope he gave us became the foundation for something bigger than we ever imagined.
On May 5th, 170 people walked onto the course and proved that his legacy is very much alive.

A Day Filled With Community, Golf & Giving
The Macen’s Way Foundation Golf Classic brought together our community for a full day of golf, laughter, and purpose — from the first tee to the final raffle.
New faces. Familiar ones. All there for the same reason.
We couldn’t have dreamed of a turnout like this when we started. Seeing this many people show up — many for the first time — tells us we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be.

- Cocktail hour and dinner

- Raffles and prize giveaways
- A Hole-in-One prize sponsored by Bay Ridge Toyota

Our Mission
Macen’s Way proudly partnered with the Joseph Maffeo Foundation and Northwell Health to raise funds for the state-of-the-art pediatric unit at Staten Island University Hospital – including the Macen Husic Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Together, we’re building a future where every child has access to world-class healthcare close to home.
